Job opening for an Investment Analyst
Kofinansavimas UAB (the Company) is a subsidiary of the state-established national development institution UAB Investicijų ir verslo garantijos (INVEGA), which aims to manage Coinvest Capital (the Fund), a co-investing venture capital fund, that invests in start-up companies (start-ups) together with private venture capital funds, business angels or other investors.
Coinvest Capital is expanding its activities and invites you to join as an Investment Analyst.
The new colleague will be expected to:
analyze and evaluate applications from start-ups seeking funding
prepare materials for decision-making and analytical reports
monitor the performance of portfolio companies and private investors representing the Fund, support the Fund's founders and investors community by sharing best practices
represent the Fund's activities in the public events of the startup ecosystem
other tasks, contributing to the overall success of the Fund, its portfolio companies, and co-investors.
The ideal candidate for the Analyst position should have:
experience in an analytical/assistant role
the skills and ability to quickly find relevant data and prepare analytical reviews in innovative sectors
the skills to extract key information, formulate conclusions and proposals for decision-making
experience in financial modeling and analysis.

Prerequisites for the candidate:
impeccable reputation
excellent English and Lithuanian
Bachelor's degree in business, management, finance, etc.
Advantages of a candidate:
CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation or passing levels 1-2 of the CFA exam
Experience of working in a foreign VC or PE fund
Experience of working in a successful start-up in fast-growing global markets.
